I'm a clinical counsellor registered with PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia) and am part of PACFA's College of Counselling Leadership Group.
I have a degree in Medicine from the University of Birmingham, UK and a Master's degree in Counselling from the University of Queensland, Australia.
My counselling approach is tailored to the specific needs of each client, but is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and neuropsychotherapeutic approaches.

No GP referral necessary.
